Room Bookings
Our rooms may be booked:
- by the hour
- minimum booking is 1 hour and are then made in half hour units
- bookings can be weekly, monthly or occasional
Rooms are available to be booked between 9am-9pm (if a later time is needed this is possible if agreed with the Centre Manager) Monday to Friday and 9.30 am-1pm on Saturday.

Available Rooms
Lower Lounge– our downstairs lounge with its own kitchen and audio visual system
Upper Lounge– our upstairs lounge with its atmospheric roof beams and natural light
Lower Hall– large hall on ground floor with a professional kitchen and adjacent to church
Upper Hall– large hall upstairs with no internal pillars and next to a small kitchen
Main Church– a beautiful Georgian chapel with comfortable seating and an audio visual system
Church Vestibule (small room) – entrance lobby for church which can be used for small groups

We have a media projector and flip chart stands available.
PA systems are installed in the Church, Lower Hall and Lower Lounge which can be used for playing sound or amplifying voices. The Lower Lounge has a wall-mounted TV screen that can be used for presentations. The church has TV screens for projection. A portable PA and/or TV can be hired for other rooms.

Please note that in addition to the above rates, we may charge if a member of staff is required to be onsite for bookings when the Centre is not normally staffed (Friday evening, Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday).
All prices are accurate at time of printing, and are subject to an annual increase on 1st January each year. Bills will be issued at the latest at the end of each calendar quarter and payment is due on the billing date.
